Defining dashboards
You can display any combination of maps, views, input tables, output tables and graphs on the dashboard.
- Select Dashboards.
- Click New Dashboard and edit the name as required.
- At the bottom of the dashboard form, select the category of information you want to display on the dashboard from the palette:

Schematics - If multiple definitions exist for the selected category, use the right and left arrows to page through the available definitions.
- Once you have selected a definition, drag and drop the definition onto the dashboard grid.
- Drag and drop the lower right corner of the definition to increase or decrease the size of the item.
- You can hide the palette using the Show Palette/Hide Palette control.
- Click Edit
on the title bar of a definition item to change the Title for the item, then click Edit again to return to the data view. - When you edit a map view on the dashboard, you have options to control the zoom and position of the map:
- Sync Dashboard – When Sync Dashboard is switched on, the zoom state and center point of all maps on the current dashboard are synchronized to be the same. When this option is switched off, the zoom state and center point of each map is independent. This does not affect the map widgets on other dashboards, nor does it affect regular Maps.
- Save Current Zoom and Position – Click this option to apply the current zoom and position to the map view.
- Apply Default – Click this option to return to the default zoom and position for the map view.
- When you edit a graph on the dashboard, you have options to control the labels and legend on the graph:
- Hide Labels – Click this option to hide the labels along the X-axis and Y-axis of the graph.
- Hide Legend – Click this option to hide the legend on the graph.
