Accessing the Data Flows page

In the Supply Chain home page toolbar, click Data Flows to display the Data Flows landing page.

The table displays the data flows that you have created or have been shared with you. The table includes the dates the data flow was created and when it was last published. It also lists the owner and the person who last published the data flow. You can sort and search the data in the table.

From this page, you can perform these actions:

Sort data flow records

By default, data flow records are sorted by Created data in descending order. You can sort by any column in the data flows table. Click the column header to sort by. The records are sorted in ascending order. Click the column heading again to sort in descending order.

Search for data flows

You can filter data flows using one or more columns in the data flows table. The data flows table provides two types of filters that can be combined to narrow your search:

  • Search – Use the Search function to define filter criteria.

  • Quick filters – The Published by and Owner columns provide a quick filter that lists the users in your company.

Using search features

There are specific operators available depending on the data type of the column you are filtering.

  1. If you are using the default operator (Contains for string columns, Equals for dates and numbers), enter or select the filter value.

  2. For other operators, click the search icon to display the list of available operators for the column, then select the operator.

  3. Enter or select the filter value. When using the Between operator, you must provide two values.

  4. Reset clears the filter value for the selected column.

  • Ends with – The column value must end with the filter value.

  • Equals – The column value must be equal to the filter value.

  • Does not equal – The column value does not equal the filter value.

Date and Number operators

A calendar tool is displayed when you are filtering date columns.

  • Equals – The column value must be equal to the filter value. This is the default filter behavior if you do not select an operator.

  • Does not equal – The column value must not equal the filter value.

  • Less than – The column value must be less than the filter value.

  • Greater than – The column value must be greater than the filter value.

  • Less than or equal to – The column value must be less than or equal to the filter value.

  • Greater than or equal to - The column value must be greater than or equal to the filter value.

  • Between – The column value must be between the two filter values. You will provide two distinct values.

  2. Optionally, use the Search function to limit the list of users.

  3. Select one or more users or click Select All.

  4. You can click Select All twice to clear the quick filter without searching for individual users.
