Create a new project

  1. From the Supply Chain Prescriptions home page, select the New Project button. The New Project panel appears.
  2. From the Select Model field, select a Modeler model for your project. If your list of models is long, you can begin typing the name of the model to filter the list. Only models that are not associated with a Supply Chain Prescriptions project are displayed.

    If the model you select requires an upgrade, a notification message appears below the Select Model field. You will need to upgrade the model in Modeler.

  3. Give your project a name in the Project Name field.
    • The name must be unique.
    • You may want to include the model name in the project name for easy reference.
  4. Select OK to create your project. Its project card appears in the workspace.
  5. The Status Queue appears and displays the status of the creation of your project.
    • The Creating Project notification appears in the queue with a Refresh icon. When finished, it will display a Completed icon.
    • While your model is upgrading, the Model Upgrading process displays a Refresh icon.
    • When the upgrade is finished, the Model Upgrading displays a Completed icon.

While your project is being created, its project card in the Supply Chain Prescriptions workspace shows the loading icon.
