A new home for the Coupa Supply Chain documentation

Run a scenario

Once you have set your scenario parameters and run the Correlation Calculation, you can generate your scenario.

Log into the Demand Modeler app.
Select the Scenarios button. The Scenarios tab appears.
Select the Launch Pad icon.
From the Select Task field, select Demand Algorithm.
From the Select Scenario field, select the scenario to run.
Select Run. The selected scenario is generated for Demand Modeler. The Forecast task appears in the Task Queue and includes the name of the scenario being run. You can select off the Launch Pad fly-out while your scenarios are running.

After completion of the Demand Algorithm process, use the Output Overview pages to review the results and to further refine your demand model.

In order to maintain database efficiency, Demand Modeler automatically deletes data from scenario runs older than the last successfully completed run. The latest successful scenario run for each scenario is preserved.
