This table provides a summary of the process steps for each site - product - period combination.

Scenario

Displays the name of the scenario which generated the process summary data.

Site Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: SiteName

Displays where the product is produced.

Product Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: ProductName

Displays the item that is being produced at this site in this period.

Organization Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: OrganizationName

The Organization to which the process is allocated. When the process is assigned to a Site that belongs to the Organization, the process is attributed to the Organization as required.

Process Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: ProcessName

Displays the name of the process at this site in this period.

Process Step Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: ProcessStepName

Displays the process step name for this record.

Input Weight

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: InputWeight

Displays the weight of this product used at this site for this process step in this period.

Input Cubic

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: InputCubic

Displays the cubic volume of this product used at this site for this process step in this period.

Input Quantity

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: InputQuantity

Displays the number of units of the product used at this site for this process step in this period.

Yield Quantity

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: YieldQuantity

Displays the number of units of the product produced at this site for this process step in this period based on the Yield as defined in the Processes table.

Production Cost

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: ProductionCost

Displays the total cost of production for a product by process step in the specified period. This is based on the Fixed Lot Setup Cost per lot and the Unit Process Cost in the Process Steps tables. This may include production that is work-in-process at the end of a period or horizon.

Use the Production Transactions or Detailed Production Log for more specific details.

Setup Cost

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: SetupCost

Displays the total cost of setup for a product by process step in the specified period. This is based on the Fixed Lot Setup Cost per lot in the Process Steps tables. This may include production that is work-in-process at the end of a period or horizon.

In Classic Simulation, this is based on the Fixed Lot Setup Cost per lot and the Unit Process Cost in the Process Steps tables.

Period

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: Period

Displays the Period number for the summary values. ALL indicates the record for the complete model horizon.

Scenario ID

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: ScenarioID

Displays the identifier of the scenario for which the summary data was generated.

Sub-Scenario ID

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: StepNumber

Displays the identifier of the sub-scenario, if applicable, for which the summary data was generated.

Rep

Table: SimulationOutputProcessSummary

Internal Name: Rep

Displays the replication number that the data on this row apply to.
