Production Transactions

Internal Table Name: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

This table shows all individual production orders that occur during the simulation. Records are populated in this table if the Production Transactions option is checked on the Detailed Output tab of Simulation Options.

Scenario

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: Not Applicable (Scenario column not in table)

Displays the name of the scenario which generated the production transaction data.

Site Name

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: SiteName

Displays the name of the site that produced the product.

Organization Name

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: OrganizationName

The Organization to which the production is allocated. When the production occurs at a Site that belongs to the Organization, the production is attributed to the Organization as required.

Product Name

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: ProductName

Displays the product produced at this site.

Quantity

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: Quantity

Displays the number of units of product produced in the production order.

Time

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: Time

Displays the time at which the production order completed.

Work Center Name

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: WorkCenterName

Displays the name of the final work center used in producing the product.

Production Cost

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: ProductionCost

Displays the cost to complete the specific production order by lot. This is based on the Fixed Lot Setup Cost per lot and the Unit Process Cost in the Process Steps tables.

Fixed Lot Setup Cost + (Unit Process Cost * Lot Quantity)

Costs from previous steps will be allocated across final lots

Use the Detailed Production Log for more specific details.

Production Time

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: ProductionTime

Displays the amount of time in DAYS taken to complete the production order. This is based on the Fixed Order Time and Unit Production Time in the Production Policies table.

Total Production Process Cost

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: TotalProductionProcessCost

The total cost incurred for all production processes.

Bill Of Materials Name

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: BillOfMaterialName

The name of the Bill Of Material utilized for the production process.

Bill Of Materials Cost

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: BillOfMaterialCost

The cost incurred for the Bills Of Material.

Internal Tracking ID

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: InternalTrackingID

Displays the internally generated tracking number used to track the production order.

User Defined Tracking ID

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: UserDefinedTrackingID

Displays the Tracking ID field from the Customer (or Site) Demand, Customer (or Site) Orders or Shipments table. This is an optional user defined tracking number that you can populate.

If you have populated Shelf Life for products, the User Defined Tracking ID value is appended with the term ‘Expiry Replenishment’ if the product on this orders/shipment has reached its shelf life.

Idle Time

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: IdleTime

The Idle Time indicates how long a site is idle before the next activity occurs. This is based on the business hours and is defined as a number of days.

Scenario ID

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: ScenarioID

Displays the identifier of the scenario for which the summary data was generated.

Sub-Scenario ID

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: StepNumber

Displays the identifier of the sub-scenario, if applicable, for which the summary data was generated.

Rep

Table: SimulationOutputProductionTransactionDetail

Internal Name: Rep
