Online documentation

Supply Chain Guru X has an online help system that you can access when in the application.

Access Supply Chain Guru X online documentation

In the main menu, select Help > Online Help or press Ctrl+F1 at any time. The Supply Chain Guru X online help system is displayed in a browser window.

About Supply Chain Guru

Supply Chain Guru X’s About form displays version information for the application and for specific components used by the various technologies.

Display Supply Chain Guru X version information

In the main menu, select Help > About. You see the About form. The form displays the Supply Chain Guru X version number. This form also displays the versions for the various components used by the Supply Chain Guru X technologies.

Viewing log files

Supply Chain Guru X generates logs to track specific events and errors as you work with the application. The View Logs feature opens the folder where these files are located.

View Supply Chain Guru X log files

1. In the main menu, select Help > About. You see the About form.
2. Click View Logs. A Windows Explorer is opened displaying the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\LLamasoft\SupplyChainGuru\logs folder, where <username> is the current user on the machine. This is where the Supply Chain Guru X errors.log and events.log are located.
