File transfers
You can upload models to and download models from Supply Chain. You must have valid Supply Chain credentials to use these features.
Keep in mind the when uploading models, the Coupa Supply Chain platform supports models with a database schema of up to 1 year old. See Platform support for model versions for additional details.
You need to be sure that files you upload to Supply Chain are a supported SQL Server version. When downloading files, you need to have the SQL Server version installed locally that corresponds to the downloaded file.

- Start Supply Chain Guru X and sign into Supply Chain.
- Open the Recent Models page or open the project in which the model is located.
- Select the model, then click Upload.
- If a model with the same name already exists on the platform, you are asked if you want to replace the existing model.
- Click Yes to replace the existing model, or No to cancel the upload.
The model is locked while it is uploaded to Supply Chain.

- Start Supply Chain Guru X and sign into Supply Chain.
- Open the project to which the model should be added.
- On the Add drop down list, select Download Model. You see a fly-out that lists all models on Supply Chain that are accessible to you.
- Select a model and click Download. You are prompted for the file path to which the model should be downloaded. The default model name is the name as on Supply Chain.
The model is downloaded to the folder you selected and is added to the current project.
Reviewing file transfers
The File Transfers feature in the .COM menu provides visibility into the status of models you are uploading to or downloading from Supply Chain. You must be signed into Supply Chain to review transfers.

- Select .COM > File Transfers. You see the File Transfers fly-out. Each model is displayed with its status. Models currently being uploaded or downloaded show a progress indicator.
- If desired, you can cancel a model in progress.
- Click Clear Completed if you want to clear the current queue of completed transfers.
