Dashboard templates
You can export the definition of dashboards as templates, then import them into other models. The template captures the documents, size, position and other options of the selected dashboard.

- Select Analyze > Dashboards.
- In the navigation pane, select the dashboard to export.
- Click Export. You see the Export Template form.
- By default, all associated documents (maps, graphs, etc.) are exported to the template. You can use Export selected associated documents to select individual documents to include in the template. If a category has more than one member, use the drop-down icon to display the list of members. Select the check boxes for the documents to include.
- Click Export. You can enter a name for the template containing the document definitions. The default name is SCGX_Dashboard_Template.zip.
You can also export dashboard templates using the Export Templates tool as described in Exporting document templates.

- Select Analyze > Dashboards.
- Click Import. You see the Import Template form.
- Enter the file path, or use Browse [...] to navigate to the template definition file to import, then click Open.
- Click Import. Supply Chain Guru X imports the dashboard definition from the template definition file and opens the dashboard in a new tab. If there are documents associated with the dashboard template, they are also imported into the model.
