View the status of a prescription run

A new home for the Coupa Supply Chain documentation

View the status of a prescription run

From the Supply Chain Prescriptions home page, find the algorithm run you need in the Run Status Queue.
If you are not on the home page, select the Launch Pad icon to see the Task Queue.
The status icon shows the status of the run.
- A Refresh icon indicates the process is still running.
- A Complete icon indicates the process completed successfully.
- A Cancel icon indicates the process was manually canceled.
- A Failed icon indicates the process failed.
- An animated ellipsis may appear at times to indicate that a task is queuing or changing status.
If necessary, select the Queue ID or View Details link to view details about the run.
- When running the Network Risk algorithm, the View Details link will display additional lines in the Status Queue that detail the progress of the sub task of the algorithm. To see details of a sub task's status, select its Queue ID link.
