Selecting Network Risk run options

The Supply Chain Prescriptions Network Risk algorithm has a variety of options to help you generate the prescriptions that you need.

You need to have the Business User role to be able to run prescriptions. Contact your administrator if you need this role.

Before you generate prescriptions, be sure you have run the Network Optimization and Cost to Serve Analysis problem types on your scenarios in Modeler.

Supply Chain Prescriptions Network Risk options

Options Description
Flow Changes
Flow Percentage Change

Set the minimum percentage value of the flow you are willing to shift from your critical sites in your supply chain. The value should be an integer between 1 and 20. The default value is 10%.

Sensitivity

Use this field to set the upper and lower bound on the Flow Percentage Change at critical sites. Together with the Flow Percentage Change, the Sensitivity value is used to create the three proposed networks displayed on the Network Risk Summary dashboard. The value should be an integer between 1 and 20. The default value is 5%.

The recommended limit for the maximum flow shift (the Flow Percentage Change + Sensitivity) is 20%.

The results of the Flow Percentage Change and the Sensitivity must always be greater than zero. The Sensitivity value should therefore always be smaller than the Flow Percentage Change value.
