Managing prescription status

Once you have run a Supply Chain Prescriptions algorithm on your Modeler scenarios, you will need to determine which prescriptions to incorporate into your Supply Chain model.

Before Cost prescriptions are used as part of existing supply chain models, business users will have to assess the business feasibility of the generated prescriptions. This allows the Prescriptions engine to learn over time what prescriptions are feasible and what prescriptions are infeasible. When users reject prescriptions, the Prescriptions algorithm will use this information the next time it is run to improve the prescriptions it suggests. This reduces the lead time to operationalize a prescription.

Network Risk prescriptions are reviewed and accepted by business users at a network level, rather than at an individual product or site level.
