Run the Correlation Calculation

For each time series, the Correlation Calculation task calculates the correlation between the demand and all raw and derived Trend Cloud features. The correlations are then used in the feature selection process and for reporting. Correlations are performed at the level of aggregation (Level of Detail) defined on the scenario's Parameters tab. Different types of correlation are supported. For more information, see Advanced scenario parameters.

The Correlation Calculation is for Trend Cloud causals only.

Run the Correlation Calculation

Log into the Demand Modeler app.
Select the Scenarios tab. The Scenarios page appears.
Select the Launch Pad icon.
From the Select Task field, select Correlation Calculation.
From the Select Scenario field, select the scenario to run.
Select Run.

After completion of the Correlation Calculation process, run your scenario(s).
