USA Warehouse Rental Rates

The USA Warehouse Rental Rates web service provides estimated distribution center facility costs for 50 major USA markets. The costs include rent, taxes, insurance and common area maintenance (CAM). The valid square footage ranges are 100,000 to 300,000 square feet and 300,001 to 1,000,000 square feet. Data is provided by Cushman & Wakefield.

To use the USA Warehouse Rental Rates web service:

1. On the the Data Services main page, select USA Warehouse Rental Rates from the Locations drop-down.
2. Select the Market.
3. Enter the Square Feet. Valid ranges are 100,000 to 300,000 square feet and 300,001 to 1,000,000 square feet.
4. Optionally enter an Adjustment Factor.
   
5. Click Add to add a new record and populate the values as defined in the previous steps.
6. When all records are defined, click Get Results .

The number of output records for each input record is populated in the Result Count column on the query.
