USA Export Air Freight Rates
The USA Export Air Freight Rates returns the published UPS USA export air freight rate. The tariff is organized by origin state, destination state, service level and weight. Select an origin, destination and, optionally, a service. The optional adjustment factor is a multiplier that calibrates the benchmark rate against observations of historical rates.
Please note the following UPS Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are applicable to prepaid shipments only
- Rates are net/net and are not commissionable
- Dimensional weight is calculated per IATA standards
- These rates supersede all previous rates and are subject to change without notice
- Hazardous materials are accepted on a pre-approved contractual basis only
- For oversized freight (dimensions are larger than allowed for a standard container or pallet and will become an overhang), see accessorial chart
- All rates are in U.S. dollars per kilogram
- Rates do not include any surcharges
To use the USA Export Air Freight Rates web service:
- On the Data Services main page, select USA Export Air Freight Rates from the Transportation Rates drop-down.
- Select the Origin US Airport.
- Select the Destination Airport.
- Select the Service.
- Enter a Weight (in kilograms) between 1 and 99,999.
- Optionally define an Adjustment Factor.
- Click Add
to add a new record and populate the values as defined in the previous steps. - When all records are defined, click Get Results
.
The number of output records for each input record is populated in the Result Count column on the query.
