European Truckload Rates

The European Truckload Rates web service return estimated full truckload rates within Europe. The rates are provided by LOCOM and derived from their ABC costing methodology.

Rates are specific to the Country-Zip2 level of detail. They include a variable fuel surcharge calculation, and can be flagged to include tolls and/or ferry charges.

Click on the Country-Zip2 link to download an Excel spreadsheet with detailed European Zone information.

Current average diesel prices can be found at http://www.fuel-prices-europe.info/

To use the European Truckload Rates web service:

1. On the Data Services main page, select European Truckload Rates from the Transportation Rates drop-down.
2. Select the Origin Country.
3. Optionally, enter the Origin 2-digit Zip.
4. Select the Destination Country.
5. Optionally, enter the Destination 2-digit Zip.
6. Optionally, uncheck the Including Tolls selection. By default, tolls are included in the rates.
7. Optionally, uncheck the Including Ferries selection. By default, ferry charges are included in the rates.
8. Optionally, enter an Adjustment Factor.
9. Optionally, enter an Average Diesel Price per Liter.
   
10. Click Add to add a new record and populate the values as defined in the previous steps.
11. When all records are defined, click Get Results .

The number of output records for each input record is populated in the Result Count column on the query.
