European Distribution Center Rental Rates

The European Distribution Center Rental Rates web service returns average rental rates for logistics facilities in Europe. Data is provided by Cushman & Wakefield.

To use the European Distribution Center Rental Rates web service:

1. On the the Data Services main page, select European Distribution Center Rental Rates from the Locations drop-down.
2. Optionally, select the Country.
3. Optionally, select the City.
4. Enter the Year. This value is required.
5. Optionally enter an Adjustment Factor.
   
6. Click Add to add a new record and populate the values as defined in the previous steps.
7. When all records are defined, click Get Results .

The number of output records for each input record is populated in the Result Count column on the query.

The results retrieved by the web service call are displayed below the query, for example:
