Site Criticality Summary

Internal Table Name: SiteCriticalitySummary

The Site Criticality Summary table is populated when you run the Cost To Serve Analysis problem type. You can use Cost To Serve to review the landed cost of the overall flow of product from production to customer receipt for Network Optimization. The Site Criticality Summary provides a network criticality score for each site based on the number of finished goods the site contributes to, as well as factors contributing to the score.

The name of the site for which criticality is being determined.

Total Cost

Total Product Value

The total value of products being served by this site in the network paths.

Value To Cost Ratio

The ratio of the Total Product Value to the Total Cost. Values are rounded to the closest integer value.

Total Product Revenue

Internal Name: TotalProductRevenue

The total revenue for products being served by this site in the network paths.

Revenue To Cost Ratio

The ratio of the Total Product Revenue to the Total Cost. Values are rounded to the closest integer value..

Site Quantity Criticality

Internal Name: SiteQtyCriticality

Cost To Serve Analysis calculates a network criticality score for each site based on the number of finished goods the site contributes to. The value ranges from 0 to 1, with 1 being the most critical. For suppliers of component products, the criticality is calculated based on the number of finished goods their components go into.
