This table breaks down costs, revenue, inventory, and flow by site. This table contains a unique record for each site, scenario, replication and period combination.

Internal Name: Not Applicable (Scenario column not in table)

Displays the name of the scenario which generated the site summary data.

Site Name

Table: SimulationOutputSiteSummary

Internal Name: SiteName

Displays the name of the site referred to in the report.

Organization Name

Table: SimulationOutputSiteSummary

Internal Name: OrganizationName

The Organization to which the site information is allocated. When the Site belongs to the Organization, the site information is attributed to the Organization as required.

Total Cost

Table: SimulationOutputSiteSummary

Internal Name: TotalCost

Displays the total cost incurred by the site. This figure is calculated by:

total fixed operating cost + total outbound transportation cost + total production cost + total warehousing cost + total inventory carrying cost at this site +CO2 production cost + CO2 transportation cost + CO2 fixed cost.

Throughput Level

Internal Name: ThroughputLevel

Displays the total shipment out of the site, in product units.

Throughput Basis

Table: SimulationOutputSiteSummary

Internal Name: ThroughputBasis

Displays the unit measure of the throughput. (i.e. Quantity, Weight or Volume).

Total Fixed Operating Cost

Table: SimulationOutputSiteSummary

Internal Name: TotalFixedOperatingCost

Displays the fixed operating cost corresponding to the throughput level at this site during the period. The total includes the fixed operating cost of any work centers assigned to this site. This number is representative of the capacity, cost, and capacity basis specified in the Fixed Operating Cost and Capacity Basis columns of the Sites and Work center tables.

Total Outbound Transportation Cost

Displays the total cost of shipments out of this site.

Total Production Cost

Table: SimulationOutputSiteSummary

Internal Name: TotalProductionCost

Displays the total cost of production for all products completed at this site in the specified period. This is based on the Fixed Lot Fixed Lot Setup Cost per lot and the Unit Process Cost in the Process Steps tables.

Use the Production Transactions or Detailed Production Log for more specific details.

Total Inbound Warehousing Cost

Internal Name: TotalInboundWarehousingCost

Displays the cost incurred moving product from dock to stock, excluding transportation costs, for this site for the specified period. This includes produced units moved internally from production to stock. This is based on the Fixed Inbound Shipment Cost and Inbound Unit Cost in the Inventory Policies table.

(Fixed Inbound Shipment Cost * Number of Shipments) + (Inbound Unit Cost * Flow Units)

Total Outbound Warehousing Cost

Internal Name: TotalOutboundWarehousingCost

Displays the cost incurred moving product from stock to dock, excluding transportation costs, for this site for the specified period. This is based on the Fixed Outbound Shipment Cost and Outbound Unit Cost in the Inventory Policies table.

Inventory Carrying Cost

Internal Name: InventoryCarryingCost

Displays the cost of holding inventory at this site. This is calculated by the multiplying the total inventory, the product value, the Inv Carrying Cost %, and the runtime, and dividing the product by 365. Inventory included in this calculation is only inventory available to fill orders, not inventory in receipt or waiting for shipment.

Average Inventory Value

Displays the value of inventory at this site, based on the Value field in the Products table.

Maximum Inventory Value

Displays the highest value that total inventory value at this site ever reached throughout the simulation run. The value is based on the Value field in the Products table.

Average Inventory Cubic

Displays the time-weighted average inventory cubic fill level at this site.

Maximum Inventory Cubic

Inventory Turns

Displays the cost of goods sold divided by average site inventory investment level (units). This is calculated by the cost of goods sold divided by the average inventory.

Avg On Time Rate

Internal Name: AvgOnTimeRate

Displays the ratio of orders successfully produced or received on time versus all orders produced or received at this site. If there is no Due Date, the order is counted as on time.

Avg On Time Qty Rate

Table: SimulationOutputSiteSummary

Internal Name: AvgOnTimeQtyRate

Displays the ratio of product units successfully produced or received on time versus all product units produced or received at this site. If there is no Due Date, the units are counted as on time.

Avg Fill Rate

Displays the site's weighted average of the number of orders that were fulfilled completely/partially by placing orders up the network to the total number of orders.

Avg Fill Qty Rate

Displays the site's weighted average of the number of units that were available at the site to fulfill orders to the total number of units shipped out.

Displays the total emissions of CO2 (fixed + production + transport). The value is displayed in your model default weight unit of measure.

This is the percentage of no stockout in any given aggregation level; that is the fraction of time with positive stock on-hand.

Total Expired Units

Table: SimulationOutputSimulationSiteSummary

Internal Name: TotalExpiredUnits

Displays the total number of product units that have expired at this site due to shelf life considerations. When you populate the Shelf Life column in the Products table, those products still at the site when the shelf life is reached will be expired and can no longer be used.

Scenario ID

Internal Name: ScenarioID

Displays the identifier of the scenario for which the summary data was generated.

Sub-Scenario ID

Table: SimulationOutputSiteSummary

Internal Name: StepNumber

Displays the identifier of the sub-scenario, if applicable, for which the summary data was generated.

Internal Name: Rep

Displays the replication number that the data on this row applies to.
