Simulation Customer Summary

Internal Table Name: SimulationOutputCustomerSummary

Use this table to review statistics about orders, revenue and inbound flows to each customer per period.

Scenario

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerSummary

Internal Name: Not Applicable (Scenario column not in table)

Displays the name of the scenario which generated the customer summary data.

Customer Name

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerSummary

Internal Name: CustomerName

Displays the customer to which the summary applies.

Avg On Time Rate

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerSummary

Internal Name: AvgOnTimeRate

Displays the weighted average of the orders that were successfully delivered to the customer on time (before their due date) to the total number of orders received during this period.

Avg On Time Qty Rate

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerSummary

Internal Name: AvgOnTimeQtyRate

Displays the weighted average of the number of units that were delivered to the customer on time (before their due date) to the total number of orders received during this period.

Inbound Flow Units

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerSummary

Internal Name: InboundFlowUnits

Displays the total number of units of all products to this customer in this period.

Inbound Flow Weight

Displays the total weight of all products to this customer in this period.

Inbound Flow Cubic

Displays the total cubic volume of all products to this customer in this period.

Total Revenue

Internal Name: TotalRevenue

Displays the total revenue generated during the simulation by product being shipped to this customer.

Lost Revenue

Internal Name: LostRevenue

Displays the lost revenue due to canceled or lost demand units during the specified period.

Total Demand

Internal Name: TotalDemand

Displays the total number of demand units for all products at this customer in this period.

Lost Demand

Internal Name: LostDemand

Displays the number of demand units that were canceled or lost during the specified period.

Total Process Cost

Internal Name: TotalProcessCost

The total cost incurred for all processes.

Total Sourcing Process Cost

The total cost incurred for all sourcing processes.

Displays the identifier of the sub-scenario, if applicable, for which the summary data was generated.

Rep

Internal Name: Rep

Displays the replication number that the data on this row apply to.
