Select the return product or product group that is being returned by the customer. For example:
- On average, a percentage of demanded products are returned. In this case, the Return Product may be the same as the Product.
- To track damages, the Return Product could be Damaged Good1.
- Special packaging may need to be returned after delivery.

Enter the effective exchange rate between the Product and the Return Product. For example, one unit of product called Finished Good1 may be shipped with 4 frames called Shipping Frame that need to be returned to the manufacturer. In this case, the Return Rate is 1 and the Return Quantity is 4.
