A new home for the Coupa Supply Chain documentation

Starting with Supply Chain 42, our documentation will be located on Coupa Compass. The help here will continue to be accessible for the foreseeable future, but will no longer be updated. If you need a Compass user account, contact your company’s Designated Support Contact (DSC).

Rate data settings

Use Rate Data to configure the RateWare XL rating data provider:

Setting	Description
License key	Enter the license key provided by SMC3 for access to RateWare XL data.
User name	Enter the account user name for access to RateWare XL data.
Password	Enter the account password for access to RateWare XL data.

Validate your RateWare XL credentials

Select Settings > Rate Data.
Ensure that values for the License key, User name and Password have been entered.
Click Test Connection. If the connection is valid, you receive a message saying that the connection is successful.
