Production Flows

Internal Table Name: OptimizationOutputProductions

This output table summarizes all productions per site-product combination that occur in the network during the optimization.

Scenario

The scenario for which the summary data was generated.

Site Name

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: SiteName

The name of the site at which production occurs.

Product Name

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: ProductName

The name of the product being produced.

Organization Name

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: OrganizationName

The Organization to which the production is allocated. When the production is associated with Sites that belong to the Organization, the production is attributed to the Organization as required.

Start Period Name

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: StartPeriodName

The name of the period in which this production flow starts.

End Period Name

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: EndPeriodName

The name of the period in which this production flow ends.

Gross Production Quantity

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: ProductionQuantity

The number of end product units produced by this site in this period before applying Yield. This quantity does not include the Byproduct Production Quantity.

Net Production Quantity

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: NetProductionQuantity

The total number of end product units produced at this site in a period after applying Yield. This quantity does not include the Byproduct Production Quantity.

Byproduct Production Quantity

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: ByproductProductionQuantity

The total number of byproduct units produced at a site in a period.

Total Available Production Quantity

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: TotalAvailableProductionQuantity

The combined total of product and byproduct that is produced.

Total Available Production Quantity = Net Production Quantity + Byproduct Production Quantity

Total Available Production Weight

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: TotalAvailableProductionWeight

The weight of the units produced by this site in this period for a product.

Total Available Production Cubic

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: TotalAvailableProductionCubic

The cubic of the all units produced by this site in this period for a product.

Internal Name: CO2

The carbon emissions in unit mass if transportation is involved in the production process.

CO2 = lane distance * flow weight * CO2 setting in Production Policies

CO2 Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: CO2Cost

The total cost incurred due to carbon emissions.

Production Policy Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: ProductionPolicyCost

The cost incurred for all production policies that produce the product at the site in the specific period.

Production Process Cost

Internal Name: ProductionProcessCost

The cost incurred for all production processes that produce the product at the site in the specific period.

Total Production Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: TotalProductionCost

The total cost incurred for all production of the product at the site in the specific period.

Bills Of Materials Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: BillOfMaterialsCost

The cost incurred for all Bills Of Materials used for the product at the site in the specific period.

Start Period No

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: StartPeriodNum

The sequence number of the period in which this production flow starts. This value is useful in sorting periods sequentially rather than by name.

End Period No

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: EndPeriodNum

The sequence number of the period in which this production flow ends. This value is useful in sorting periods sequentially rather than by name.

Scenario ID

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: ScenarioID

The identifier of the scenario for which the summary data was generated.

Sub-Scenario ID

Table: OptimizationOutputProductions

Internal Name: StepNumber

The identifier of the sub-scenario, if applicable, for which the summary data was generated.
