Process Transactions

Internal Table Name: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

This table details process steps, associated work centers and work resources. Records are populated in this table if the Production Process Transactions option is checked on the Detailed Output tab of Simulation Options.

Scenario

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: Not Applicable (Scenario column not in table)

Displays the name of the scenario which generated the process transaction data.

Start Time

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: StartTime

Displays the date and time at which the process step started.

End Time

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: EndTime

Displays the date and time at which the process step ended.

Internal Tracking ID

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: InternalTrackingID

Displays the internal tracking ID associated with the process order.

Lot ID

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: LotID

Displays the lot ID in the current process step if lot sizes are defined at a particular process.

User Defined Tracking ID

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: UserDefinedTrackingID

Displays the Tracking ID entered on the Customer Demand, Customer Orders, Site Demand, Site Orders, or Shipments table.

If you have populated Shelf Life for products, the User Defined Tracking ID value is appended with the term ‘Expiry Replenishment’ if the product on this orders/shipment has reached its shelf life.

Site Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: SiteName

Displays the site at which the process occurs, in the case of production and inventory processes.

Source Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: SourceName

Displays the source location for the process for sourcing, transportation, and return processes.

Destination Site

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: DestinationNam

Displays the destination location for the process for sourcing, transportation, and return processes.

Mode

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: Mode

Displays the mode used for the process.

Total Process Time

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: TotalProcessTime

Displays the total time incurred for the process.

Setup Time

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: SetupTime

Displays the total setup time incurred for the process.

Variable Process Time

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: VariableProcessTime

Displays the variable time incurred for the process.

Move Time

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: MoveTime

Displays the time incurred to move from the source to the destination.

Resource Usage Time

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: ResourceUsageTime

Displays the total time incurred for work resources utilized by the process.

Next Process Step Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: NextProcessStepName

Displays the name of the next process step, if any.

Policy Type

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: PolicyType

Displays the type of policy: Inventory, Production, Returns, Sourcing or Transportation.

Process Type

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: ProcessType

Displays the type of process: Inventory, Production, Returns, Sourcing or Transportation.

Total Cost

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: TotalCost

Displays the total cost incurred by the process.

Setup Cost

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: SetupCost

Displays the total cost incurred for process setup.

Variable Process Cost

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: VariableProcessCost

Displays the cost incurred during the process step. This is only the cost for the process itself and does not include costs from the work center or work resource.

Activity Type

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: ActivityType

Displays the production process step activity. This is either ProcessStep or Changeover.

Process Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: ProcessName

Displays the name of the process.

Process Step Name

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: ProcessStepName

Displays the name of the process step.

Work Center

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: WorkCenter

Displays the name of the work center associated with the process step if utilized.

Work Resource

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: WorkResource

Displays the name of the resource associated with the process step if utilized.

Current Product

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: CurrentProduct

Displays the product that is currently being processed.

Next Product

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: NextProduct

When the Activity Type is “Changeover”, this field displays the next product to be processed.

Total Quantity

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: TotalQuantity

Displays the original quantity of the product.

Net Quantity

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: NetQuantity

Displays the quantity of product at the end of the current process step based on the Yield entered in the Processes table.

Net Quantity = Total Quantity * Yield

Rep

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: Rep

Displays the replication number of the scenario that generated the summary data.

Scenario ID

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: ScenarioID

Displays the identifier of the scenario for which the summary data was generated.

Sub-Scenario ID

Table: SimulationOutputProcessTransactions

Internal Name: StepNumber

Displays the identifier of the sub-scenario, if applicable, for which the summary data was generated.
