Populate costs using shipping rates

To populate the appropriate cost columns in either the Transportation Policies or Shipments table using shipping rates, you can use the Shipping Rates table as an input pipe.

Use shipping rates as an input pipe

1. Open the table with column that is the input pipe target:
   • Transportation Policies – Variable Transportation Cost column.
   • Transportation Policies – Fixed Shipment Cost column.
   • Shipments – Direct Shipping Cost column.
2. Select the drop-down for the target column. If the column has more than one field builder available, click to access the domain source selector. You see the Rate Source name(s) from the Shipping Rates table.
3. Select the Rate Source to apply as an input pipe.
