Total Inventory Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: TotalInventoryCost

The total cost incurred for all inventory for this product.

Intransit Inventory Holding Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: IntransitInventoryHoldingCost

The cost from units considered as inventory due to their inaccessibility during transportation. This amount is calculated by multiplying the In Transit Inventory, the product Value, and the Inv Carrying Cost % from Model Settings, and then dividing the result by 365. For the Transportation Time used to calculate In Transit Inventory, the minimum of the transport time or the sum of all period lengths (in Days) is used. It does not go past the end of the model horizon.

in transit inventory holding cost = in transit inventory * product value * carrying cost % * (period length/365)

where in transit inventory is

customer Flow Units * minimum of (model remaining days until the end of horizon, Transportation Policy Transport Time in days) / period length in days

If the Inv Carrying Cost % is populated in Inventory Policies, this value is used; otherwise it uses the Inventory Carrying Cost % from Model Settings.

Total Return Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: TotalReturnCost

The total cost incurred for all returns for this product.

Total Lead Time Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: TotalLeadTimeCost

The total cost incurred due to lead time for the product.

Product Max Lead Time x Flow

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: ProductMaxLeadTimeXFlow

The maximum limit of the flow multiplied by the lead time.

Product Lead Time x Flow

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: ProductLeadTimeXFlow

The actual flow multiplied by the lead time.

Product Remaining Lead Time x Flow

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: ProductRemainingLeadTimeXFlow

Product Remaining Lead Time x Flow = (Max Lead Time * Flow) - (Lead Time x Flow)

Period No

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: PeriodNo

The sequence number for the period. This value is useful in sorting periods sequentially rather than by name.

Site Variable Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: SiteVariableCost

This is the cost incurred for throughput units at the site regardless of the product, based on the Site Variable Cost and Site Variable Cost Basis defined in the Sites table.

Site Variable CO2

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: SiteVariableCO2

This is the variable CO2 incurred for the product based on spaces that handle the product.

% Demand On-Time

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: PercentDemandOnTime

This is the percentage of the total demand for the Product that was delivered on-time. It is calculated as the total units of demand by product/period across all customers that were received in the requested period divided by the total customer demand requested in the period.

% Demand Late

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: PercentDemandLate

This is the percentage of the total demand for the Product that was delivered late. Demand can only be delivered late if the Customer Demand table has Periods Allowed Late populated. Orders can only be delivered late if the Customer Orders table has Time Allowed Late populated. It is calculated as the total units of demand by product/period across all customers that were received after the requested period divided by the total customer demand requested in the period.

% Demand Early

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: PercentDemandEarly

This is the percentage of the total demand for the Product that was delivered early. Demand can only be delivered early if the Customer Demand table has Periods Allowed Early populated. Orders can only be delivered late if the Customer Orders table has Time Allowed Early populated. It is calculated as the total units of demand by product/period across all customers that were received before the requested period divided by the total customer demand requested in the period.

Total Late Demand Penalty Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: TotalLateDemandPenaltyCost

This is the total penalty cost by product/period across all customers from demands related to late fulfillment based on the period demanded. You define the Late Delivery Penalty Cost in the Customer Demand/Customer Orders tables.

Total Early Demand Penalty Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: TotalEarlyDemandPenaltyCost

This is the total penalty cost by product/period across all customers from demands related to early fulfillment based on the period demanded. You define the Early Delivery Penalty Cost in the Customer Demand/Customer Orders tables.

Total Unserved Demand Penalty Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: TotalUnservedDemandPenaltyCost

This is the total penalty cost by product/period across all customers from demands related to unfulfilled demand based on the period demanded. You define the Unit Penalty Cost in the Customer Demand/Customer Orders tables.

Total Demand Penalty Cost

Table: OptimizationOutputProductSummary

Internal Name: TotalDemandPenaltyCost

This is the total penalty cost incurred for demand for the Product that is fulfilled late, fulfilled early, or unfulfilled. It is calculated as the sum of Total Late Demand Penalty CostTotal Early Demand Penalty Cost + Total Unserved Demand Penalty Cost.
