This is the percentage of the total demand for the Customer that was delivered late. Demand can only be delivered late if the Customer Demand table has Periods Allowed Late populated. Orders can only be delivered late if the Customer Orders table has Time Allowed Late populated. It is calculated as the total units of demand by product/period across all customers that were received after the requested period divided by the total customer demand requested in the period.

This is the percentage of the total demand for the Customer that was delivered early. Demand can only be delivered early if the Customer Demand table has Periods Allowed Early populated. Orders can only be delivered late if the Customer Orders table has Time Allowed Early populated. It is calculated as the total units of demand by product/period across all customers that were received before the requested period divided by the total customer demand requested in the period.

This is the total penalty cost incurred for demand for the Customer that is fulfilled late, fulfilled early, or unfulfilled. It is calculated as the sum of Total Late Demand Penalty Cost + Total Early Demand Penalty Cost + Total Unserved Demand Penalty Cost.
