Model transformations

Model transformations provide pre-configured data transformations using Data Guru. Some model transformations are used to convert a model with output in one technology to a model with appropriate input for another technology.

For transformations that create one or more new models, you will have the option to open a file explorer window to the file path of the new model(s) upon successful completion of the transformation.

In the case that the transformation is not successful, you have the option to open a file explorer window for the log file location.

SQL authentication and model transformations

By default, the Data Guru projects that are used as model transformations are set up with "Use Windows Authentication" as the method to connect to SQL Server instances and databases. If you use SQL authentication with a specific User Id and Password, contact Coupa support to obtain the Data Guru project that supports SQL authentication.
