Duty Rate
Internal Table Name: DutyRate
Use the Duty Rate table to define custom duty values for network paths. The duty rate is based on the start of the path, end of the path, or both using the Start Tax Region and End Tax Region. The rate is then applied to the lane(s) defined by the Source and Destination values. There must be a Transportation Policy defined for the product between the given source and destination locations for the duty rate to be applied.

Select the source region from the Tax Regions table. This should be the start of the path for the product. You must populate the Start Tax Region, the End Tax Region or both.

Select the destination region from the Tax Regions table. This should be the end of the path for the product. For finished goods, the region will be where customers are located. For component products, the region will be where the component is consumed in production. You must populate the Start Tax Region, the End Tax Region or both.

Enter the percentage of duty that is applied to the product when transported from source to destination (site, customer or region). A value of 10 means a 10% duty rate.
