Data formats model settings
Use the settings in Data Formats to determine the default format for date, number and currency fields in Supply Chain Guru X tables in the current model.

- Select Model
> Model Settings > Data Formats. You see options for Date, Number and Currency field formatting. Each category provides a preview of how the data will be displayed.

Date | Date Format |
Select the format you want to use for dates when displaying Date/Time fields. Options include:
Values are displayed based on the current Model Culture. |
Time Format |
Select the format you want to use for dates when displaying Date/Time fields. Options include:

Number | Decimal Places | Use this setting to determine the number of decimal places to display for number fields. |
Negative Values | Use this setting to control how negative number values are displayed. For example, prepend the value with a minus sign (-), or enclose the value in parentheses. | |
Use Thousands Separator | Use this setting to determine whether or not to display the thousands separator for number columns. For example, when the switch is off, values are displayed as 1234.56. When on, they are displayed as 1,234.56. The character used for the thousands separator is based on your computer regional setting. | |
Currency | Decimal Places | Use this setting to determine the number of decimal places to display for currency fields. |
Currency Symbol |
Use this setting to determine the position for the currency symbol in output table columns:
The currency symbol used is the one associated with the Currency on the Units and Currency tab. |
