Customer Shipment Flows

Internal Table Name: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Available only in Classic Simulation. This table displays the details of flows from source to customer for each product, mode and period.

Scenario

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: Not Applicable (Scenario column not in table)

Displays the name of the scenario which generated the customer shipment flows data.

Source Name

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: SourceName

Displays where the product is shipped from.

Customer Name

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: CustomerName

Displays where the product is shipped to.

Product Name

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: ProductName

Displays the item that is being shipped.

Mode

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: Mode

Displays the transportation lane that is being used in case of multiple modes.

Flow Units

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: FlowUnits

Displays the number of products shipped to this customer.

Flow Weight

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: FlowWeight

Displays the total weight of all units shipped to this customer.

Flow Cubic

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: FlowCubic

Displays the total cubic volume of all units shipped to this customer.

Flow Revenue

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: FlowRevenue

Displays the total revenue generated by product being shipped on this customer flow. The revenue is the Product Price multiplied by the units of demand served.

Flow Outbound Warehousing Cost

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: FlowOutboundWarehousingCost

Displays the outbound warehousing cost incurred by the network path by leaving the source site.

Flow Transportation Cost

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: FlowTransportationCost

Displays the total cost of shipping the units.

Flow Duty Cost

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: FlowDutyCost

Displays the additional duty cost incurred by the customer flow. The duty cost is calculated by multiplying the duty from Transportation Policies by the shipment’s total value. The total value is the Value from the Product table multiplied by shipment quantity.

Flow Total Cost

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: FlowTotalCost

The total cost incurred for the customer flow.

Total Cost = Flow Outbound Warehousing Cost + Flow Transportation Cost + Flow Sourcing Cost + Flow Duty Cost

Service Hours

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: ServiceHours

Displays the number of hours incurred to deliver the shipment to the customer location.

Service Distance

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: ServiceDistance

Displays the distance incurred to deliver the shipment to the customer location.

Intransit Inventory

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: IntransitInventory

Displays the inventory that is held in transit for this shipment. Intransit inventory is inaccessible because it is in transit between the source and destination.

CO2

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: CO2

Displays the CO2 emissions of the flow. The value is displayed in your model default weight unit of measure.

Period

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: Period

Displays the Period number for the summary values. ALL indicates the record for the complete model horizon.

Expired Units

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: ExpiredUnits

Displays the number of product units that have expired in transit due to shelf life considerations. When you populate the Shelf Life column in the Products table, those products still in transit when the shelf life is reached will be expired.

Outbound Average Age

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: OutboundAverageAge

This is the weighted average age of a product batch when it leaves the source. Since aging does not begin until production is complete, products shipped immediately upon completion of production will incur no Outbound Average Age from the manufacturer.

Inbound Average Age

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: InboundAverageAge

This is the weighted average age of a product batch when it arrives at the destination. This column takes into consideration the transit times from the production site to this destination. For example, if you have a path from MFG -> DC -> CZ, the Inbound Average Age when it reaches the CZ includes both the travel time from MFG to DC and from DC to CZ.

Scenario ID

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: ScenarioID

Displays the identifier of the scenario for which the summary data was generated.

Sub-Scenario ID

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: StepNumber

Displays the identifier of the sub-scenario, if applicable, for which the summary data was generated.

Rep

Table: SimulationOutputCustomerShipmentFlows

Internal Name: Rep

Displays the replication number that the data on this row apply to.
