Create advanced NO parameter table
Network Optimization can make use of an optional configuration file that sets parameters used to control solver behavior. When you run Network Optimization, parameters are written to the Params_GURU_OPTIONS.DAT and Params_SOLVER_OPTIONS.DAT files in the NO run folder for the specific scenario by default. If you want to override these values, you can use this transform to create a user defined table populated with parameters and values to write to a special config.dat file when solving the model. See Network Optimization configuration file for supported parameters.

- Select Model > Model Transformations.
- Select Create Advanced NO Parameter Table. You see the parameters for the transform:
- Server Name – This is the SQL Server instance being used.
- Current Model – This is the model that is currently open.
- Click Run. A user defined table is created called Config_NO. The table contains the parameters that are supported when running Network Optimization. The default value has been populated. The Status is set to Exclude by default.
- Click Yes to reload the current model.
- Open the Config_NO user defined table.
Edit the parameters as needed, updating the ParameterValue and Status columns for those parameters you want written to config.dat.
