Annual Schedules
Internal Table Name: AnnualSchedules
The annual schedule allows you to specify Up and Down state changes for a particular calendar date, where Scheduled Up signifies the site is operational and Scheduled Down signifies the site is not operational. This functionality allows you to program specific days such as holidays. You can also use the annual schedule to activate a new weekly schedule to allow for seasonal variation.

Provide a name for your schedule such as "Site Holidays". You apply this named schedule to the Annual Schedule field in the Sites table.

Choose the date on which the change should occur. For example, you can enter the date of a holiday on which site operations will be down. You should then have another entry with the date when the site operations will begin again.

Choose whether the schedule defines a period of site operations being up or down. Choosing “Weekly Schedule” allows you to change the shifts/day schedule.

When you choose “Weekly Schedule” as the State, enter the weekly schedule active starting on the date entered. This weekly schedule will be in effect until the end of the horizon unless another entry in this table changes the weekly schedule again.
